no limits no excuses

nlne is a group of Texas Panhandle agencies and organizations

striving to create a culture of success and build the region’s workforce.

WE ARE cross-sector community partnership
The NLNE Partnership aspires for the Texas Panhandle to become a community where pathways to quality credentials and living wage employment for all residents are clearly marked with the resources and support systems that ensure success. We are developing those resources and support systems through collaboration between area education, business, human services, philanthropic, and government agencies.

NLNE’s mission is to make the pathways to quality credentials and living wage employment accessible for all residents through a model of community collaboration.

Our partners all see a need for the community to come together to build a more skilled workforce so that we may attract new businesses to the area and remain a competitive economy.

NLNE will empower socio-economically disadvantaged individuals in the Texas Panhandle to earn a quality credential and increase the region’s percentage of credential pathway enrollees by 2% by 2024.

NLNE will work strategically and collaboratively to empower 10,000 more Texas Panhandle students to earn a quality credential by 2025.

NLNE will bring Texas Panhandle organizations across all sectors together to empower credential success, resulting in 40% of our workforce holding a quality credential by 2030.
